Pinterest Growth Manager

We are a fast-growing, high-end interior design + lifestyle brand focused on building a scalable content-commerce platform (YouTube, affiliate marketing, digital products, limited 1:1 services).

We are looking for a Pinterest Growth & Monetization Strategist who can take ownership of our Pinterest channel and turn it into a significant traffic and revenue driver.

This is not a scheduling role.

This is a strategy + execution role with measurable growth goals.

Our goal is to scale Pinterest into a long-term traffic and monetization engine.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Strategy & Positioning

• Audit existing Pinterest account

• Recommend whether to optimize current account or relaunch

• Develop board strategy aligned with search demand

• Identify monetization-focused content opportunities

Content Repurposing

• Repurpose existing content (YouTube, Instagram, Reels, carousels, mood boards)

• Create static Pins + Idea Pins

• Design click-worthy pin covers aligned with brand aesthetic

• Write SEO-optimized titles and descriptions

Growth & SEO

• Conduct keyword research

• Implement search-driven board structure

• Schedule 15–30 Pins per week

• A/B test titles and formats

• Monitor trending search opportunities in home/design niche

Monetization Integration

• Strategically link to:

• Affiliate storefronts

• Digital downloads

• YouTube videos

• Email opt-ins

• Track traffic and revenue performance from Pinterest

• Adjust strategy based on conversion data

Reporting

• Monthly analytics report including:

• Traffic growth

• Outbound clicks

• Top-performing pins

• Revenue attribution (when available)

• Strategy recommendations for next month

• Proven Pinterest growth case studies (preferably in home, lifestyle, or product-based brands)

• Strong understanding of Pinterest SEO

• Experience driving traffic to affiliate links or digital products

• Analytical and performance-driven

• Able to think strategically — not just execute

• Comfortable taking ownership and making recommendations

Bonus:

• Experience in interior design or home decor niche

• Familiarity with ShopMy, LTK, or affiliate platforms
