Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full-Desk Recruiter.
Proven success in business development.
Experience with phone-based recruiting and cold calling.
Active LinkedIn account.
Goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
