What You’ll DoRecruitment & Sourcing
• Source and recruit physicians, NPs, PAs, and CRNAs across the US
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality clinicians
• Use LinkedIn, job boards, social media, associations, and creative sourcing strategies
• Identify specialty gaps and help shape priority recruiting needs
Screening & Candidate Management
• Conduct phone screens and assess clinical experience and specialty fit
• Provide a smooth, fast, positive candidate experience
• Maintain long-term relationships with active and passive clinicians
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with leadership to execute recruiting priorities
• Support document collection and onboarding workflows
• Provide feedback to improve processes and sourcing strategies
Market Awareness
• Stay current on compensation trends, specialties, licensing, and staffing needs
• Suggest new sourcing channels and tactics based on market insight
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 2–3+ years of recruiting experience
• Preference for healthcare backgrounds, not required
• Strong communicator with fast rapport-building
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with a fast-moving, early-stage company
• Experience with sourcing tools, job boards, ATS, or healthcare marketplaces
• Bonus: Locums, staffing agency, or medical recruiting experience
Preferred Experience
• Recruiting physicians or advanced practice providers
• Recruitment marketing or social sourcing experience
• Negotiation and pipeline management skills
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
