We expect all Blueberry doctors to uphold that bar.You are a collaborative partner to our other doctors and our customer support team, with whom you will work to ensure holistic patient care.Schedule & Shift Expectations:This is a full time, W2 role.You are expected to fulfill 40 hours of on-call time per week. 20% of your time will be weekend hours. Shifts are 3 hours long.You are expected to work all shift times evenly (except overnights)***Must be able to offer 2.5x committed work time with open availabilityHalf of assigned shifts will be between the hours of 4p and 1a Up to 30 nights/year (anticipated to be less than this)1 night counted as a 3 hour shift between the hours of 1a-7aYou are eligible to earn extra income via contributing during surge times, marketing efforts, and other opportunities***As a young company, growth requires change.
