Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Must have at least 24 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 12 months. Requirements Candidates must have a license (required after submission). Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.
