Physical Therapist - Outpatient Neuro - PRN

Overview: Experience in managing neurological and vestibular conditions is a prerequisite for this role. The Physical Therapist assesses the health status of patients, devises individualized therapy regimens, and administers interventions aimed at enhancing functional capacities. This position involves close interaction with patients to lead them in exercises and practices that enhance mobility, endurance, and suppleness. Furthermore, it entails educating patients about averting injuries, offering pain relief techniques, and overseeing advancements during the therapeutic journey. The Physical Therapist supervises and appraises results tied to the appraisal and care schedule. Comprehensive training and support are mandatory for performing the pivotal duties of this position. Responsibilities: Assists in assessing patient's physical capabilities, medical backgrounds, and functional restrictions in order to create customized therapy strategies. Delivers therapeutic workouts and additional physical therapy techniques to enhance patient's muscle strength, mobility, and flexibility. Informs patients and their families about treatment strategies, at-home physical activities, and self-care methods to enhance the effectiveness of rehabilitation results. Works together with colleagues to create and execute plans for discharge and ongoing care. Observes and records the advancement of patients, the results of treatments, and how they react to interventions to enable modifications to treatment strategies as necessary. Works together with cross-functional teams from various departments to guarantee integrated patient care and comprehensive treatment results. Carries out additional tasks as required.
