PHP Laravel Developer with MySQL knowledge
Entrisys Changes and remedials required:
Add new time period to Families section of 10-2pm
Change author of notes
When inputting new family details, the first entry isn’t accepted for the following information on first input.
The following has to be re-submitted
Ethnicity
“Other Details”
I believe the Frequency information. I’ll have to check when inputting another family detail, once I receive a Referral Form.
Volunteers Records – Currently the text field does not retain information. When text input and submitted the text disappears. Need program to retain inputted information.
Access is Volunteers/Check Change Details/Edit/Details
Volunteer Records- Add new option.
Currently there is no facility to add files e.g. Application Form, CV etc., to the Volunteer record.
We would like to add a facility to add these files to the Volunteer record, exactly as we do with family records.
Addition would be via both “new record” and “edit record”

Missing Information – Number of Children
When choosing this option, it should populate the number of sessions and who attended
For some reason 2025 and 2026 records are not recorded
Accessing Volunteer Attendance Data
When accessing this option, the program only shows a spinning circle buffer loader and doesn’t provide any information.
