Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and contributing to our business development efforts. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to navigate various software applications effectively.
Duties
ā¢ Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
ā¢ Utilize warm calling techniques to build relationships with potential customers.
ā¢ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM software, such as Salesforce.
ā¢ Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance satisfaction.
ā¢ Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and lead generation.
ā¢ Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
ā¢ Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help refine sales strategies.
ā¢ Ensure compliance with company policies and telemarketing regulations.
Requirements
ā¢ Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field, with a focus on business development and sales.
ā¢ Strong outbound calling skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
ā¢ Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably Salesforce, for tracking interactions and managing leads.
ā¢ Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a friendly and persuasive tone.
ā¢ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
ā¢ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
ā¢ A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
ā¢ Familiarity with market research techniques is a plus.
