Phone Sales Representative ( Outbound Sales )
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Phone Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving our business forward by engaging with potential clients through outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and promote products or services.
ā¢ Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of customer engagements.
ā¢ Engage in warm calling to follow up with interested prospects and nurture relationships.
ā¢ Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for business development and marketing initiatives.
ā¢ Demonstrate knowledge of technology sales and technical products to effectively address customer inquiries.
ā¢ Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and achieve targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
ā¢ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions promptly.
ā¢ Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
Skills
ā¢ Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales is highly desirable.
ā¢ Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software for managing client relationships.
ā¢ Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
ā¢ Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
ā¢ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
ā¢ Familiarity with marketing strategies and business development principles is a plus.
ā¢ A proactive approach to outbound calling and lead generation efforts.
