You will be responsible for entering and updating client information, responding to phone inquiries, and assisting with routine reporting tasks. Key Responsibilities
Enter customer data, order details, and account information into internal systems with accuracy.
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist with general inquiries.
Update contact records, billing information, and support tickets.
Verify accuracy of information in spreadsheets and online portals.
Escalate client issues or requests to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Perform light clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in data entry or customer service preferred.
Comfortable handling phone calls and working in a remote setting.
Strong typing accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
Ability to stay focused and productive in a structured remote workflow.
Reliable internet connection and quiet home office environment.
