HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

JOB SUMMARY

Primary Purpose: Implement and oversee all internal and external communication and education programming sponsored by Premier Health & Fitness Center encompassing a complete range of health and fitness related seminars, programs, special events, advertising, marketing, and community relations. Special emphasis is placed on interactive and ongoing communications. Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate a marketing plan for continual flow of new members and member retention. Inform the community of Premier Health & Fitness Center through local publications, radio and television as well as corporate and local business presentations.
? Oversee the development and production of internal and external newsletters, advertising and Other collateral materials to accomplish the goals of Premier Health & Fitness Center, including Online newsletters and website content.
? Develop programming and special events to increase new members, retain current members and engage the community.
? Market programs/events internally and externally. Prepare and distribute all associated literature, brochures, signage, giveaways, etc. pertaining to the program/event. Create advertisements for local media to promote Premier and the monthly programs/seminars/special events.
? Provide weekly updates to department supervisors, front desk staff and TMH public relations regarding upcoming events. Prepare and document procedures when necessary for member registration to the event... Be available to members and non- members on a monthly basis to obtain feedback on previous events and gather their feedback for future events.
? Meet and greet all speakers and participants before special events/programs. Inform them of, Premier Health & Fitness Center and encourage their participation for future events/programs.
? Write proposals/budgets for special events, programs, and educational classes to include all advertising and material costs. Maintain records of costs and expenditures for all events. Maintain records of attendance. Create ways of increasing attendance for future events. Maintain accurate records in database and produce reports.
? Approve and update all information and materials displayed on the community boards
? Coordinate all unique programming such, Corporate Wellness Lunch & Learns, offsite corporate fitness programming, basketball, swimming, and pickle-ball tournaments, etc. Reconcile all monies and give to Business Manager for payroll.
? Publicize and promote all events through advertising, and all forms of media. Create Advertisements to increase attendance at events and increase/retain members

10. Lead and execute all community commitments and sponsorships on behalf of Premier Health & Fitness Center related to special events, such as the 9/11 Remembrance Run, Heart to Heart Wellness Day, etc.
? Work closely with TMH's Vice President and Chief Communications Officer with combined health events/classes and community events. Prepare advertisements for local media pertaining to Premier's involvement in the events.
? Work closely with TMH Marketing & Communications for planning and participating in special events.
? Collaborate with public relations and dietary services to implement marketing and Communication plans that accomplish the organizations strategic goals.
? Assist with community calendars (submit information monthly).
? Promote Premier Health & Fitness Center at community events. Creating interactive marketing plan for special events, organizing a team of Premier colleagues when necessary to assist in the community events. Keep track of hours worked by colleagues for payroll purposes. Maintain mileage for colleagues working special events. (Chamber Events, 9/11 Remembrance Run, Turkey Trot, Shamrock Scurry, etc.).

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY

Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field, or

Equivalent knowledge, with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of effective experience. Demonstrated

Competence in written, oral and electronic communication skills; interpersonal/communication And technological effectiveness competencies
