As a Pharmacy Technician, residing in Arizona or Pennsylvania, you will Work from home, assisting patients in receiving life sustaining medications to help manage rare and/or chronic diseases. Youll be empowered to engage patients, insurance companies, and multiple departments to process Prescription orders and ensure timely shipment of medications. This role is very detail oriented, and youll spend the majority of your day working on our computer system entering data and/or talking on the phone.
How youll make a difference:
Ensure prescriptions are accurately entered into system.
Investigate issues with pharmacist, doctors & other healthcare providers.
Provide guidance to our patients about medication coverage.
Juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing attention to detail.
What you need to do the job:
High School Diploma or GED
Must reside in Pennsylvania or Arizona
Customer Service experience required, phone experience, a plus
Valid Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration as required by state laws.
Tech Savvy- Strong computer / data entry ability with Microsoft Office products
High speed internet with wired ethernet connection.

This is a front end position where you'll assist patients in 3 separate roles within this team; 1. Inbound calls welcoming and gathering patient demographics and arranging 1st shipment. 2. Outbound calls to providers and doctors office and 3. Data Entry:
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
