• * Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
• * Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to pharmacy operations.
• * Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in medication guidelines.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * High school diploma or equivalent.
• * Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential (preferred).
• * Strong understanding of medical terminology.
• * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• * Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry.
• * Ability to work independently and in a remote environment.
• * Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• * Previous experience in pharmacy operations is a plus.
