Responsibilities • Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls in a call-center environment. • Verify HIPAA information and maintain confidentiality when speaking to patients and providers. • Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing any situations with upset patients or providers. Required Skills • Data entry skills. • Must have Registered Pharmacy Technician LICENSE! • Knowledge of prescriptions. • Customer service skills. • 1-2 years of pharmacy work experience is ideal. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
