Remote Full-time
About MediCircle

MediCircle is building the national infrastructure to make prescription drugs affordable for every American and financially sustainable for the U.S. healthcare system.

We are an early-stage healthcare technology startup that drives prescription savings for patients and payers by reclaiming, recertifying, and redistributing unused medications. With MediCircle, patients receive their medications at no out-of-pocket cost, while payers, plan sponsors, and value-based care groups realize significant savings on their drug spend. To date, we have reclaimed over $40 million worth of medications, and launched with market-leading customers, including national VBCs, PBMs, and regional health systems.

If our mission resonates with you, and you are energized by building real-world solutions that directly impact the lives of millions of patients, we would love to hear from you.

Role Overview

As a Pharmacy Technician at MediCircle, you will be responsible for ensuring that MediCircle provides best-in-class customer service to our patients and partners. You will assist our Pharmacist in Charge with pharmacy management, preparation of outgoing drug donation kits, inventory management, medication fulfillment, medication disposal, and other tasks as assigned. • Managing and optimizing the drug donation process, with a focus on driving growth
• Communicating via phone, text, and email with patients, providers, and pharmacists to resolve any issues and provide prescription updates while adhering to HIPAA regulations and company policies – you will be the friendly voice patients hear when they need updates or reassurance
• Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive customer satisfaction and ensure a seamless experience for patients and providers
• Identifying and supporting the implementation of new processes, tools, and policies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of pharmacy operations and workflows

• Aptitude to learn and navigate computer systems and applications that may be new to you
• Location: this role is on-site at our pharmacy in Sugar Land, Texas – please apply only if you live within driving distance
• Availability: full-time flexible availability required – schedules will be set in conversation with hiring managers and may include morning, afternoon, and evening shifts; operating hours are 9am to 5pm CST Monday - Friday
• You take pride in your work, care deeply about patients, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to make things better, no matter how big or small the task
• You must be willing (and excited) to work in a fast-paced, flexible, startup environment – we’re looking for candidates who are adaptable and energized by building something new

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in pharmacy operations, fulfillment, or closed-door pharmacy settings
• Familiarity with inventory-heavy or redistribution-focused pharmacy models
