Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency in pharmacy management systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer support by addressing patient inquiries and concerns over the phone
Accurately enter and manage patient orders using our pharmacy management system
Ensure all activities adhere to state and federal regulations, along with company policies and procedures
Collaborate closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
Exhibit strong customer service skills and foster a collaborative work environment
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must reside in Arizona due to on-site training requirements
Recent pharmacy technician experience is preferred
Availability for on-site training and potential periodic additional training as new programs are implemented and systems updated
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a pharmacy technician program is preferred
Education Requirements Credential Category
Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
Experience Requirements
Recent experience as a pharmacy technician is preferred
Familiarity with pharmacy management systems and processes
