Key Responsibilities:
Perform order entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient and client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Triage customer service requests, prioritizing urgency and information/response required
Calculate and verify correct dosages based on prescriptions
Assist in reviewing narcotic prescriptions and ensuring timely processing
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Certification, licensure, or registration as a pharmacy technician (or as required by state law)
At least one year of experience as a pharmacy technician or in a call center environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
Prior experience in the long-term care industry
PTCB National Certification
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
