Pharmacy Support Technician (Experience Required) Remote Call Center Rep

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals utilizing an Opus Health program
- Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other means of contact
- Assess user issues and deliver first-level support for problem resolution
- Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate areas
- Work 40 hours per week with multiple shift options available
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Pharmacy Technician experience required
- HIPAA certification required
- Call center experience (3+ years preferred)
- Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
