CornerStone Staffing has teamed up with a major pharmaceutical benefits company to seek out a team of Pharmacy Customer Service Representatives for an exciting remote opportunity! If you are or have been a certified pharmacy technician with call center experience, we want to hear from you!
Job Title: Pharmacy Customer Service Representative...
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr. - $19.50/hr. BOE [$1/hr. Shift Differential for Overnight Shifts]
Ā **Note: Must be a Certified Pharmacy Technicians to be eligible for the $19.50/hr. range
Location: WFH w/Equipment Provided
Start Date: Monday, September 9th 2024
Duration: Temp to Hire!
Schedule(s)
Ā Shift Range: 9AM to 5PM, 12:30PM to 8:30PM, 1PM to 9PM | Monday to Friday
Ā Please Note: Shifts are consistently assigned based on business needs.
Ā Must be open to rotating Saturdays (9AM to 1PM)
Job Duties:
Ā Answer questions and handle problems regarding pharmacy benefit, provider, or claim issues
Ā Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to follow up with members, providers, and pharmacies as necessary
Ā Spend approx. 90% time on the phones and provide empathetic customer service
Ā Seek approval for overrides and prior authorizations as needed and enter them into the claims system
Ā Monitor pharmacy claims processing and complete data entry of member records
Ā Other duties or special projects may be assigned as necessary
Job Requirements:
Ā 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical healthcare industry
Ā A pharmacy technician certification is highly preferred (inactive also applies)
Ā 1+ year(s) of PBM or health benefits experience
Ā Experience in working in a high volume call center is highly preferred
Ā High school diploma or equivalent
