About the position

Responsibilities
• Receive and resolve member questions
• Utilize on-line claim adjudication system to resolve pharmacy claim transmission and member coverage issues
• Effect changes in member eligibility through manual entry in claims system
• Create mailings to members and providers for eligibility cards and billings
• Create client specific brochures or member communication templates
• Process reimbursements to members for cash prescriptions

Requirements
• High school diploma or GED
• Pharmacy Technician Training Certificate preferred
• 1-2 years member services, pharmacy technician, or PBM experience
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office, Access, Excel, and Word
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• High degree of initiative and accuracy
• Detail oriented with ability to prioritize work
• Self-motivated
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to complete work with a minimum of supervision under rigid time constraints
• Honest and trustworthy, exhibiting sound business ethics
