Telesales Representatives are responsible for connecting with targeted professionals to sell client’s product portfolio. Representatives will utilize product knowledge, marketing messages and selling skills to effectively communicate with customers each day. Representatives will have the opportunity to interact with customers to identify needs and align product goals. Additionally, these representatives work cross-functionally with other key stakeholders in the business to provide client with appropriate feedback. Success will be measured by the revenue generated for the respective client. Telesales representatives are required to process and disseminate vast amounts of information by having an aptitude for learning and continual development.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Interpersonal Communication Skills
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently, but thrive in a team environment
• Exhibit a high level of professionalism
• Full vaccination against COVID-19
