Introduction
A fortune 10 pharmaceutical and medical solutions company in Louisville, Kentucky is seeking customer service professionals to join their call center for an upcoming contract. This position the opportunity to work for one of the biggest pharmaceutical and medical providers in the country!
What We're Looking For
Ā 1+ years of call center experience
Ā Prior knowledge of HIPAA regulations desirable but not necessary
Ā Prior experience with pharmaceutical or medical jobs desirable but not necessary
Ā Highly organized and professional with excellent internal and external communication skills
Ā Proficiency with Microsoft Office a minimum
Ā High school diploma
Responsibilities
Ā Answer incoming calls and provide solutions to health care providers, patients and other internal customers.
Ā Coordinating and scheduling patient initial and refill shipments.
Ā Contacting patients and gathering essential information for coordination of shipment of prescription
Ā Overseeing scheduling and delivery of medical supplies and equipment
Ā Maintaining patient records accurately and completely
Ā Following all applicable government regulations including HIPPA and compliance regulations
Ā Complete all necessary paperwork forms and records according to policy
Hours and Days
This position is expected to be fully on-site. Shift is Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
