The role ensures that new digital solutions are effectively adopted, embedded into operations, and supported by sustainable internal capabilities. This position operates across multiple concurrent projects, aligning stakeholders, standardizing approaches, and enabling consistent execution of change management practices.This role is offered as a 6-month contract initially, with potential to extend up to 1.5 years based on program needs. This role requires partial overlap with client working hours, including evening meetings, but candidates will have flexibility to self-manage their working hours (morning, afternoon, or evening) as long as outputs are delivered, and they are expected to coordinate with clients and teammates as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram-LevelDefine and implement a unified change management framework, standards, and methodologies across all projectsDevelop and maintain a centralized change strategy and playbook, including stakeholder mapping, readiness assessments, and adoption metricsEstablish common tools, templates, and processes for communication, training, and change executionProvide advisory on adoption risks, readiness, and mitigation strategies at the Program levelCoordinate change activities across projects to ensure consistency and avoid stakeholder fatigueSupport internal capability-building through coaching, workshops, and knowledge transfer to ensure long-term sustainabilityProject-LevelSupport project teams in embedding change management activities into project plans and delivery frameworksReview and guide development of project-level change plans, including communications, training, and adoption trackingEnsure user experience, behavioral change, and adoption considerations are integrated into product and system requirementsAdvise on adoption-related success criteria and ensure usability and onboarding are prioritized alongside technical deliveryOversee user testing to validate real-world usability and readiness, not just functional performanceSupport development of onboarding and support strategies for new systems and toolsMonitor adoption metrics and user feedback post-launch, identifying risks and driving corrective actionsExecution & EnablementDeliver targeted change management activities where direct involvement adds value (e.g. training, workshops)Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure effective implementationEnable internal teams to independently sustain change management practices beyond the engagementExpected OutputsStandardized change management framework, toolkit, and templatesProgram-wide change strategy and playbookTraining and capability-building sessions for teamsOversight and quality assurance of project-level change plansAdoption tracking and readiness reporting with actionable insightsQualifications5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in change management, digital transformation, or enablement roles across program- or multi-project environmentsChange Management & Framework Expertise: Experience applying structured change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI/ADKAR) in designing frameworks, playbooks, or standardized approaches across programsCommunication & Stakeholder Enablement: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-centered messaging, training, and engagement plans, and effectively align both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExecution & Ownership: High level of ownership and initiative, with a collaborative and hands-on approach to driving change activities, supporting teams, and enabling internal capability-buildingProblem Solving in Ambiguity: Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, with the ability to create structure, guide teams, and apply practical, delivery-oriented problem solving grounded in real-world constraintsLearning Agility: Strong learning agility and curiosity, with the ability to quickly build context across new domains, tools, or transformation initiatives, and apply learnings to improve adoption and delivery outcomesEngagement TermsCompetitive professional fee — the fee amount is positively correlated with the difficulty of the job, relevant experience, fit, and skill factors.Remote Set-Up — fully remote, with a strong emphasis on ownership, asynchronous collaboration, and output-driven work.Opportunities for collaboration and knowledge exchange with the leadership team.
