At Woofie's of Space Coast, we are currently hiring a part-time, remote Pet Care Administrative Assistant to join our Merritt Island team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, provided you reside in Brevard County, and comes with competitive pay of $14 – $16 per hour. This is a part-time, remote position with shifts that vary but will always be within business hours. You will work weekdays from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm and weekends from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, helping ensure our daily operations and client needs are met consistently. PET CARE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS: • 1+ year(s) of experience in scheduling and client support • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • CRM knowledge • Ability to manage phone systems and text support • Access to high-speed internet • Personal cell phone for work use • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A PART-TIME PET CARE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT? You will spend your day coordinating schedules to make sure services are properly arranged for both clients and our team. You will handle invoicing and payment follow-up, ensuring everything is accurate and timely. You will manage daily tasks to keep operations on track and provide issue resolution and compliance support with professionalism. Your role will require frequent communication by phone, text, and email, and you will rely on Microsoft Office and CRM tools to stay organized.
