Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor
Join Our Vibrant Community: Become a Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor with the City of Blue Ash, Ohio! We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to teach group fitness classes and build a clientele as a personal trainer within our state-of-the-art fitness facility. As a key member of our Recreation Department team, you will play a vital role in driving success and promoting a healthy lifestyle among our community members.
In this exciting and rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to plan and teach at least two fitness classes on a weekly basis, provide supervision and instruction during classes, and assist with day-to-day operations of the fitness center. You will also have the chance to build your own clientele as a personal trainer, working with individuals to achieve their fitness goals.
Competitive Compensation Package:
Salary: $14.82 to $17.23 per hour for group fitness classes and $35.00 to $65.00 per hour for personal training sessions

Requirements:
CPR and First Aid certifications
Nationally recognized personal training certification
Positive customer service skills and ability to interact with patrons
Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift heavy weights
Punctuality and ability to attend all in-service training
Ability to work a varied shift, including daytime hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
