Our client is a large P&C Insurance brokerage company that is looking to add to their personal lines sales team. This is a fully remote position. The Personal Lines Sales Representative will work on an east coast schedule of 11am-8pm.
Our client is looking for someone that has an interest in a call center style of remote position. Emphasis on someone that has worked in the insurance business selling products such as auto, home and RV insurance.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls to assist potential and existing clients with their insurance inquiries. Identify and address customer needs with available products.
Proactively make outbound calls to follow up on leads, engaging potential clients to convert inquiries into sales
Document all sales activities in a timely and organized manner to ensure appropriate follow-up
Qualifications:
1+ years of property and casualty insurance experience with auto, home and RV
Strong communication and follow up sales skills
Currently licensed in one of the lower 48 states
Ability to work from home with reliable network and computer system
Ability to work an 11am-8pm east coast schedule
Compensation:
Base salary to 45k/year plus uncapped commission structure.
