Reporting to the Personal Line Sales Broker, Team Lead, the Experienced Personal Lines Sales Broker will have an exciting opportunity to join the fast growing Insurance brokerage for Ratehub - RH Insurance! The successful candidate will be motivated by sales targets, thrives in a fast paced environment, and is eager to grow with a rapidly expanding company.Key ResponsibilitiesManage leads and provide quotes to prospective clients in a timely mannerGenerate new business through existing networks and given leadsExcellent interpersonal skills, ability to quickly build trust and effectively understand customers’ needs and requirements, must be strong in closing and meeting sales targetIdentify opportunities to drive customer value with cross selling/up sellingRecommend and explain coverages based on individual customer needsAdhere to underwriting criteria set out by broker partnersQualificationsAlberta Level 1 General License requiredB.C. Level 2 General License an assetMinimum 1 year of personal lines insurance sales experience with a proven track record of achieving high sales numbersIndependent, ambitious and competitiveThrives in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitudeLooking to grow with a rapidly expanding companyStrong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyRatehub welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
