Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency. Qualifications: Experience as an Insurance Producer or Sales Representative preferred but not required. Sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Results-driven and self-motivated. Strong leadership abilities.
