Job description: Description: A Personal Lines Account Manager assists in the production, support and retention of personal insurance accounts. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, additional responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: • Securing and submitting required renewal underwriting information • Renewing coverage, remarketing/rewriting accounts, expanding/placing new coverage for existing accounts • Updating existing policies and records to reflect requested changes by the Client and/or Carrier • Advising Clients of coverage and options, soliciting increases in coverage, resolving issues on behalf of the Client and/or Carrier Anderson Insurance Associates is an employee-owned organization with over 40 years of service to South Carolina residents.
