Our law firm is seeking a skilled and successful personal injury attorney to join our growing team and help clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. Our ideal candidate will handle case files from start to finish, have excellent credentials, a passion for helping people, and a minimum of 2 years of successful personal injury litigation and trial case experience. Job Details
Responsibilities
• Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system
• Delegate tasks and manage a team of litigation paralegals, legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, and legal secretary
• Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
• Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate
• Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly
Qualifications
• A California state license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory
• Plaintiff Side Personal Injury experince with either Auto Accident, Trucking Accidents, Motorcycle Accidents, Slip & Fall, and Dog Bite cases.
• Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred
• Proficiency in computers is vital
