Personal Injury Demand Writer
Job Description:
• Draft 90-100+ comprehensive and persuasive settlement demand letters for personal injury cases/month.
• Review and summarize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation utilizing AI software.
• Analyze liability and clearly outline arguments for insurance carriers.
• Calculate and present special and general damages.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and organization of demand packages.
• Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff.
• Maintain productivity in a high-volume environment.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years experience as a demand writer or legal writer in personal injury law (U.S.-based firms preferred).
• Strong understanding of personal injury claims process.
• Experience reviewing medical records and billing summaries.
• Excellent written English skills (grammar, tone, and clarity are critical).
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Familiarity with case management software (e.g., Salesforce Litify, EvenUp) is a plus.
• Stable internet connection and reliable remote work setup - preferably with double screens.
