Personal Injury Attorney (Nevada Licensed) – Remote
Pay: up to $150,00.00
Job Description: Hillstone Law is a dynamic and fast growing personal injury law firm seeking a motivated and experienced Nevada licensed Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. This position may be fully remote, however the attorney must reside in Nevada and maintain an active Nevada bar license. While the role can be performed remotely, attorneys are also welcome to work from our Las Vegas office if they prefer.The role offers strong earning potential, professional growth, and the opportunity to work with an established prelitigation and litigation team handling personal injury matters.
Responsibilities
• Handling personal injury matters through various stages of prelitigation and litigation
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
• Managing discovery, including propounding and responding to written discovery
• Taking and defending depositions, including expert depositions when necessary
• Attending mediations, settlement conferences, and court appearances as required
• Reviewing medical records, reports, and billing related to client treatment
• Evaluating liability and damages and developing case strategy
• Negotiating settlements and advocating for clients
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to move cases efficiently toward resolution
Qualifications
• Active license to practice law in Nevada required
• Must reside in Nevada
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a caseload and work independently in a remote environment
• Experience using Filevine, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams preferred
