Job Duties and Responsibilities of Personal Financial Services Representative:
Deliver exceptional customer service by making the effort to reach out and establish genuine connections
Help clients to fulfill their basic needs that revolve around setting up fresh account, fulfilling service requests, and presenting credit applications
Customers are more likely to trust the bank's recommendations if they feel that the bank understands their financial needs and goals
Providing consistent and attentive service to customers is essential for building positive relationships and creating a customer-centric atmosphere
Mortgage Services
Refer clients' fiscal prerequisites to other qualified professionals and bankers as deemed necessary
Respect the authority of managers while utilizing your own judgement within predetermined policies and procedures
Persons occupying the SAFE position will have to interact with clients and manage tasks such as negotiating terms for property-related transactions, reviewing applications, and complying with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and any relevant regulations
Qualifications and Experience of Personal Financial Services Representative:
The applicant must possess six months or more of customer-facing experience, or provide evidence of an equivalent level of proficiency gained through previous work, military service, or education
The main focus of this position is to deliver superior customer service through efficient and effective management of transactions across numerous platforms
