We are currently operating in Australia, the EU, the UK, and Canada. We trade on major crypto P2P platforms such as Binance P2P, and we are the largest crypto P2P merchant/liquidity provider in all of the countries and on all of the P2P platforms where we advertise and trade.
We have longer-term plans to build our own platform. We are also now looking to expand our business to several other countries, such as Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Brazil, Mexico, the US, Turkey & more. Our vision is to make crypto access seamless, for anyone, anywhere in the world.
Personal Butler to CEO
Location: Global / Remote (Extensive Travel Required)
Type: Full-Time, Highly Mobile Role
Reporting directly to a CEO/Founder, the Personal Butler provides executive support in a one-on-one, highly trusted relationship. The Personal Butler serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO and all team members. The Personal Butler must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of matters with utmost discretion and be able to travel with the CEO all the time.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage a constantly evolving calendar of appointments, meetings, and events
Organize all travel arrangements including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and visa documentation
Provide daily schedule briefings: the night before, each morning, and 30 minutes before key meetings
Track outstanding action items and follow up on pending tasks with tact and efficiency
Handle confidential correspondence and ad-hoc personal/professional tasks with discretion
Lifestyle & Wellness Management
Coordinate and arrange all daily meals, adhering to strict dietary preferences
Prepare and manage daily supplements, medications, and health essentials
Schedule regular health screenings, vaccinations, and wellness appointments
Ensure a fitness routine is maintained: 45-minute sessions, 5 times per week
Facilitate daily meditation sessions and manage related reminders
Handle wardrobe packing and organization for extensive travel
Oversee laundry and garment care on a weekly basis
Household & Guest Management
Attend to the CEO, family members, and guests with professional hospitality
Serve meals and beverages with formal etiquette when required
Oversee household scheduling, events, and coordination with vendors or service providers
Maintain security, order, and readiness of all personal spaces
Run errands, personal shopping, and manage household inventories
Monitor budgets related to personal and lifestyle expenses
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Personal Butler, Executive Personal Assistant.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
High emotional intelligence and ability to handle confidential matters discreetly
Willingness and ability to travel internationally year-round
Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating new cities, countries, and cultures
Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and adjust across time zones
Preferred Qualifications
Formal training in butler services or high-end hospitality (e.g., British Butler Institute, Ivor Spencer)
Multilingual skills
Experience supporting a C-level executive in a startup or high-growth company
Preferred Passport Holder from the following countries
