About the Role: Personal Banker - Delta, CO (Remote - Hybrid) As a Personal Banker at Wells Fargo, you'll be the face of our bank, building strong relationships with our customers and providing personalized financial solutions to help them achieve their goals. In this role, you'll work closely with our customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored products and services to support their financial well-being. With a focus on exceptional customer experience, you'll be responsible for: Building relationships through proactive outreach, proposing relevant products and services, and educating customers on digital solutions to help them succeed financially. Assisting customers with basic requests, such as opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. Developing a deep understanding of our bank products and services to connect with customers' needs and provide tailored solutions. Interacting with customers to demonstrate care, build trust, and foster long-term relationships. Referring customers to other bankers and partners as needed to ensure comprehensive financial support. Maintaining a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, including SAFE registration and Loan Originator (LO) qualifications. Essential Qualifications: What We're Looking For To succeed as a Personal Banker at Wells Fargo, you'll need: 6+ months of experience interacting with customers, either through work experience, training, military experience, or education. A customer service focus, with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems. The ability to proactively engage with customers through outreach via phone or email. Strong communication skills, with the ability to educate customers on bank products and services. A commitment to following policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and risk management. Preferred Qualifications: What Will Set You Apart While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs and drive business results. A proven track record of fostering and developing strong customer relationships. Relevant military experience, including working with military protocol and instructions, enlisted evaluations, or personnel benefits management. Proficiency in proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues. The ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
