Peripheral Field Sales Associate - Remote

About the Role: We are looking for a Field Sales Associate to join our Peripheral Sales team. In this role, you will sell and promote existing and new interventional products in all FDA approved areas and applications. Gore Medical Products has provided creative therapeutic solutions to complex medical problems for over 35 years, saving and improving the quality of lives worldwide. We are a leading manufacturer of peripheral interventional, peripheral vascular, endovascular and structural heart products.

This role will cover the territory of San Francisco, California from San Mateo, California north to Santa Rosa, California; the candidate must reside in San Francisco, or surrounding areas.

This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations in San Francisco, or surrounding areas.

Pay and Benefits:
• $220,000 - $250,000 per year
• Roles above $150k are eligible for the variable pay program each fiscal year, based on defined business performance metrics

Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain professional relationships
• Sell new technologies
• Analyze customer needs
• Work effectively and cooperatively as part of a team of sales associates within your region
• Comply with internal and external practices and procedures
• Provide superior customer service

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree
• Minimum of 2 years experience selling medical devices in the cardiovascular industry
• Prior experience developing relationships and supporting clinicians and doctors within vascular, endovascular, interventional cardiology, and interventional radiology disciplines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, which include a demonstrated ability to be a team player
• Demonstrated technical selling skills, including the capacity to quickly learn new products as well as new markets
• Strong clinical & technical skills including the ability to understand interventional procedures and terminology
• Demonstrated effective organizational management and planning skills
• Effective time management
• Current, valid driver's license
• Ability to perform the responsibilities of this role at our customer locations, which includes meeting vendor credentialing and hospital access requirements for healthcare professionals, relative to immunizations (which may include a requirement to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated with one of the COVID-19 vaccines)
• Ability to travel overnight up to 30% and must reside in San Francisco, California, or surrounding areas

Desired Qualifications:
• Prior experience selling wire and catheter-based products

This role requires ongoing access to U.S. hospitals and compliance with facility-specific access policies (which may include a requirement to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated with one of the COVID-19 vaccines), vendor credentialing requirements including drug screening, background checks, immunization and training.

Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed. For fully remote roles, the following locations are not eligible for new fully remote work arrangements: Alaska and Hawaii (for all roles), and Rhode Island (for wage/hourly roles only).
