Performance QA Tester

Requirements • 8+ years of experience in performance testing, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a large-scale project with minimal to no supervision. • Experience developing performance testing scripts for MQ, Java Cloud, and AWS applications. • 4+ years of experience in performance testing and a comprehensive understanding of product performance testing concepts, methodologies, and techniques. • 4+ years of experience developing performance test scripts and execution using tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter. • Ability to run platform/application performance testing end-to-end, from requirements, planning, scripting, and load test executions to result analysis. • Experience in planning and designing performance tests for load, stress, spike, scalability, and volume testing. • In-depth experience using and implementing best practice programs with respect to load generation, bottleneck analysis, modeling tools, and statistical analysis. • Extensive experience using server monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.). • Proficiency in performance test analysis and presentation to product teams/tech operations. • Proficiency in using integrated development tools (e.g., IntelliJ, Eclipse), along with source control systems (Git or Subversion). • Experience using advanced programming concepts (e.g., threads, exceptions, I/O, memory management) with the Java technology stack. • Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., Apache JMeter, LoadRunner). • Proficiency in scripting languages (Java) for developing and customizing test scripts. • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace) to collect performance metrics.
