Job Description

JDE USA is seeking a new Performance Media Manager - Amazon role. This position consists of managing & executing the Amazon advertising programs for LOR and Tea Forte to drive results, optimizations, and best practices across Amazon. This individual will partner closely with... channel leads to understand the account strategy and work to incorporate the digital marketing plan aligned to achieve the business sales targets.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing the advertising plans specific for Amazon that align with JDE's business goals. The main objective of these plans are to drive sell-through results, optimizations and best practices leveraging paid media and shopper insights.
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues and business account managers to drive coordinated plans and be responsible for achieving a set of KPIs. Track and report on the execution of the plans including an annual calendar, investment plan and key initiatives.
• Develop and activate quarterly learning agenda to ensure continuous test and learn that will advance capabilities, improve customer experience, and drive sell-thru.
• Partner with agency to build measurement plans with defined KPIs and benchmarks. Report on marketing plan effectiveness and provide recommendations.
• Manage budgets, invoices and PO's for Amazon media & agency fees.
• Own the marketing & media planning process, working collaboratively with Amazon & agencies to identify mutual business drivers and execute with excellence.
• Identify & activate key marketing performance drivers to capture and convert demand on Amazon. Present plans to key stakeholders, as well as review performance & proposed optimizations.
• Main POC for the agency team(s) and lead the development of AMS & DSP strategy, measurement and optimizations that improve performance on platform.
• Collaborate with marketplace specialists in the development and execution of creative assets for media placements and onsite retail marketing programs (Gift guides, category billboards, emails, etc.).

Qualifications
• Amazon Advertising>6 years
• Experience implementing digital performance media programs
• Experience collaborating with sales account managers to hit revenue target
• Working with cross functional teams to achieve common targets
• Agency management>3 years
• 6+ yrs commercial experience with a proven track record of delivering results
• Experience analyzing performance data and summarizing / communicating findings via reports and presentations.
