We're marketing a €5M luxury residential development with 20 premium units in Montenegro. Prime coastal location, high-end finishes, targeting affluent buyers from Serbia, Bosnia, and Montenegro (both local and diaspora). The Challenge:Our current agency generates high lead volume but low conversion rates. We need someone who understands the Balkan luxury buyer mindset and can deliver qualified leads that convert, not just vanity metrics.
