Our platform delivers unprecedented access to real-time data insights, empowering healthcare providers with actionable intelligence to enhance decision-making and elevate care delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, execute, and optimize data-driven performance marketing campaigns across paid channels including search, social, and programmatic, with a focus on driving high-quality lead generation and customer acquisition.Establish and manage a robust analytics infrastructure to track performance across all channels and campaigns, ensuring clear visibility into key metrics such as CAC, LTV, CPA, and ROI.Own marketing budget allocation and forecasting, ensuring spend is aligned with strategy and ROI targets are met or exceeded.Develop and lead a systematic testing and optimization framework, including A/B testing and rapid experimentation, to continuously improve campaign efficiency and marketing impact.Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and brand teams to ensure strategic alignment, shared KPIs, and seamless hand-off of qualified leads.Drive reporting and insights generation, presenting actionable data to internal stakeholders and making performance recommendations based on outcomes.Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and innovations, leveraging new tools, channels, and techniques to maintain a competitive advantage.Manage and coordinate external agencies or vendors, where applicable, to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness.What We’re Looking For:4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in a fast-paced startup or tech environmentExperience in managing paid campaigns across major platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, programmatic networks)Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience identifying critical performance metrics, building dashboards, conducting cohort analysis, and translating complex performance data into actionable strategies.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights, articulate strategies, influence decisions, and align cross-functional teams around shared performance goals.Fluent in A/B testing and growth experimentation, with a test-and-learn mindset and a commitment to iterative improvement.Proficiency with key tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, marketing automation tools, and data visualization platforms.Excellent project management and organizational abilities, capable of owning multiple high-impact campaigns and initiatives concurrently.Collaborative, low-ego team player who works well across functions and contributes to a culture of shared ownership.Highly adaptable, resourceful, and self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity.Bonus: Experience in B2B healthcare or enterprise tech, familiarity with GenAI tools, and exposure to lifecycle or segmentation-based marketing.What We OfferCompetitive Salary and participation in our warrant program (stock options).Work with state-of-the-art technology in a pioneering field.A vibrant, learning-focused work environment.A role where you can make a significant impact on healthcare delivery.What It’s Like Working at TetonWe’re a growing team of extremely hard-working and talented people.
