About the position
Leading retail company is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join their team. Candidates must be willing to work onsite 5 days per week in Hacienda Heights. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies across various platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping). This role requires a strong focus on performance marketing and advertising, with an emphasis on ad optimization, audience targeting, and campaign management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in performance marketing, and will possess in-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. Strong analytical skills are essential, as the manager will need to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to drive marketing success.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute paid media strategies for Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping) advertising platforms.

• Plan and execute media buys, including negotiating rates, securing placements, and managing budgets effectively.

Requirements
