Someone who can interpret numbers, spot bottlenecks, and communicate insights that drive growth. You’ll manage paid social campaigns, yes. Still, your real value lies in your ability to analyze performance through a profit lens and advise ecommerce founders and CMOs on how to scale effectively. You’ll Be Responsible For: • Managing Meta ad accounts (Facebook and Instagram) for 7- and 8-figure ecommerce brands. • Diagnosing performance by looking at the full funnel (from ad click to purchase) and identifying where improvements are needed. • Using profitability metrics (MER, contribution margin, etc.) to make strategic media decisions. • Developing creative testing frameworks and briefs for designers and video editors. • Collaborating with clients to build campaigns that align with brand strategy and financial goals. • Clearly communicating results, insights, and next steps to clients in a way that builds trust and confidence. • Staying calm and proactive when results fluctuate, providing leadership and structure under pressure. Requirements • Have 4+ years of experience managing Meta Ads for ecommerce brands. • Understand core business metrics: revenue, cost of goods, ad spend, and profit. • Are fluent in analytics and performance data (Meta Ads Manager, TripleWhale, Hyros, Shopify metrics, etc.). • Think in systems and frameworks, not just tactics. • Have strong communication skills.
