You’ll sit at the intersection of analytics and marketing operations—helping build measurement frameworks that guide strategy, owning the tech stack that powers execution, and translating insights into campaign initiatives that scale.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Analytics & InsightsOwn platform management and reporting for core paid channels (LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, and emerging platforms)Work with the Growth Marketing Manager to set KPIs, manage budgets, monitor pacing, and surface optimizations that maximize spend efficiencyBuild dashboards to monitor lead flow, attribution, CPL, MQLs, Opportunities, CAC, and ROIDeep-dive into paid campaigns performance to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and present recommendations to the wider marketing teamTrack website traffic and conversion funnels end-to-end: help implement and maintain tracking (GA4, HubSpot, tag managers), and help translate findings into tests that boost visit-to-lead and lead-to-opportunity rates alongside the broader marketing teamHelp support A/B tests on landing pages, forms, and email sequences to improve CVRMarketing OperationsHelp support and own our marketing tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook, attribution tools, and supporting integrations)Help manage and set up internal webinars, ensuring all internal stakeholders are aligned, content is developed, and support post webinar trackingBuild and optimize HubSpot assets—workflows, dynamic lists, automated email programs to support marketing campaignsImplement and maintain lead scoring, lead stamping, and lifecycle stages within HubSpotEnsure data hygiene, automation accuracy, and airtight syncs between marketing and CRM systemsRequirements3-5 years in marketing analytics, growth, or marketing operations - ideally in a B2B SaaS, startup, or agency environmentExperience owning or leveraging paid media platforms (such as Google, LinkedIn, AdRoll)Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpotExperience tracking performance metrics, building attribution models, and ROI reporting that help influence budget allocationStrong grasp of A/B testing, funnel optimization, and statistical significanceAbility to translate complex analysis into clear stories and recommendationsA bias for action, ownership mentality, passion for continuous improvement, and willingness to learnWillingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a weekWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
