Performance Marketer for Facebook/TikTok Ads (Product Tester Lead Gen) - Contract to Hire
ob Description: We are an e-commerce brand looking for an experienced performance marketer to generate product testers via Facebook and/or TikTok ads. We’ve already tested campaigns ourselves, but CPL is too high and not stable. Your tasks: Set up and manage FB/IG and/or TikTok campaigns focused on lead generation (product testers) Create and test ad creatives (static images + simple video concepts) Optimize audiences, funnels and creatives to reduce CPL and increase lead quality Provide short reports and clear recommendations Requirements: Proven experience with Meta and/or TikTok ads Strong focus on performance (CPL, CTR, conversion rate) Ideally experience with e-commerce / bolthires brands or lead gen for testers/reviewers Able to start quickly and communicate in good English or German Please send: 2–3 examples of similar campaigns (brief results)Your hourly rate or fixed-price proposal for an initial test phase.Apply tot his job
