People Programs Lead (Talent and Performance)

We are looking for an exceptional People Programs Lead to join our mighty People Team! Weâre looking for a strategic and execution-oriented individual to lead Vantaâs talent and performance programs. In this role, youâll design and drive the programs that shape how we evaluate, grow, and engage our teamâensuring we scale a high-performing and principles-aligned culture.What youâll do as a People Programs Lead at Vanta:Own Vantaâs talent and performance programs end-to-end, including performance review cycles, calibration, talent reviews, continuous feedback, and succession planning.Design and evolve talent management frameworks that support growth, development, and performance across the employee lifecycle.Run performance and talent review cycles that are equitable, timely, and impactfulâpartnering with People Business Partners and functional leaders to calibrate performance and identify top talent.Develop change management and communication plans for your people programs, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment across stakeholders.Partner cross-functionally with leaders, managers, and People team peers to ensure all programs reinforce our high-performance and feedback-driven culture.Track and analyze program effectiveness, using data and insights to drive iterative improvements and inform strategic decisions.How to be successful in this role:Proven experience owning performance and talent programs at scaleâideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and program management skills; you can turn feedback and data into program improvements.Comfortable balancing strategy and executionâwilling to roll up your sleeves to get programs over the finish line.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across levels.Ability to manage multiple work streams and programs effectivelyCreativity and grit to skillfully problem solve and navigate dynamic, ambiguous situationsWhat you can expect as a Vantan:Industry-competitive compensation100% covered medical, dental, and vision benefits with dependents coverage16 weeks fully-paid parental Leave for all new parentsHealth & wellness and remote workplace stipendsFamily planning benefits through Carrot Fertility401(k) matchingFlexible work hours and locationOpen PTO policy11 paid holidays in the USOffices in SF, NYC, London, Dublin, and SydneyTo provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state.
