Common App is currently searching for a People Operations Coordinator.RESPONSIBILITIESAs a member of the People Operations team, and reporting to the Director of Employee Engagement & Relations, the People Operations Coordinator will support core People Operations functions with a focus on compensation administration, employee relations, HRIS data management, and culture initiatives. This is an early career role designed for a developing human resource professional who is eager to learn, highly organized, and motivated to grow their experience and expertise. The Coordinator will partner closely with senior People Operations team members, gaining hands-on experience while providing accurate, responsive, and employee-centered support.
