Key Responsibilities Own People Insights Technology : Lead the architecture and lifecycle of our People Insights applications, ensuring technology and data align with business needs. Drive HR Analytics : Design and deliver analytics products that enhance decision-making for leaders across the organization. Lead a Skilled Team : Oversee a team spanning data analysis to employee listening, fostering skill development, engagement, and innovation. Shape the Data Roadmap : Define and prioritize features and enhancements in line with Veralto's strategic goals. Enable Insightful Visualizations : Develop data visualization and reporting standards to make insights accessible and actionable. Essential Qualifications Educational Foundation : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience. Proven Expertise : 10+ years in HR Analytics product delivery or a related field, with 6+ years in leadership roles. Technical Prowess : Strong programming skills (Python, R, SQL) and a solid understanding of HR data architecture and governance frameworks. Strategic Mindset : Experience implementing data roadmaps and continuous improvement methodologies. Leadership in Action : Skilled in coaching, collaboration, and fostering innovation within technical teams. Preferred Qualifications Advanced Degree : Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics). Certifications : Relevant certifications in data science, analytics, or a related field. Experience in HR : Experience working in HR or a related field, with a deep understanding of HR processes and systems.
