People Development Coordinator (Training & Development) - Temporary

About the role:

The People Development Coordinator supports, builds, and coordinates training materials/concepts, to meet the needs of our teams. They support the effective management in LMS, Performance Development Modules, and key initiatives for the People Development Team. This is a 6 to 9-month temporary role supporting learning operations.
• Collaborates with leaders to capture training/learning needs.
• Builds, supports, and coordinates training materials, and works to deliver content as required.
• Effectively collaborates with internal/external stakeholders to ensure LMS assignments, rosters, and completions; develops & maintains learning dashboards.
• Effectively supports in the build and publishing learning communications; track instructor/vendor agreements and invoices, as required.
• Effectively, supports content QA, accessibility reviews, and version control.
• Work Environment: Fully remote

Key Skills:
• BA/BS degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in L&D coordination, training admin, or LMS operations.
• Hands-on LMS experience (e.g., Relias, Greenhouse, ADP, Learning, Cornerstone, or similar).
• Detail orientation; excels in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Compensation & Schedule:
• $27.00 - $32.00/hour. Final offer dependent on experience and qualifications.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week. Temporary 6 to 9 month position.
• Fully remote role.
