Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Direct Pay Admin to join our pensions processing team. This role focuses on case management, project responsibilities, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pensions processing and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a virtual work environment.

Location: Must live within a commutable distance of the Oriskany, NY, Tampa, FL, Bloomfield, CT Cary, NC, Aurora, IL, Bridgewater, NJ, Omaha, NE, Warwick, RI, Clark Summit, PA, San Juan, PR office

Once a month in office for meetings

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and process pension cases with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Handle daily case deliverables and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Participate in and manage secondary projects as assigned.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
• Maintain data integrity and provide reporting services on account activity.
• Address and resolve complex and critical client issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications:
• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience in pensions processing or a similar field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools for pensions processing.
• Strong customer satisfaction focus.

Work Environment:
• This is a virtual role with one required in-office day per month and additional in-office days as needed for training, events, etc.
• Candidates must live within a commutable distance to an assigned office location.

The salary range for applicants for this position is $40,000 - $50,000.
