Description and Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Direct Pay Admin to join our pensions processing team. This role focuses on case management, project responsibilities, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pensions processing and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a virtual work environment.
Location: Must live within a commutable distance of the Oriskany, NY, Tampa, FL, Bloomfield, CT Cary, NC, Aurora, IL, Bridgewater, NJ, Omaha, NE, Warwick, RI, Clark Summit, PA, San Juan, PR office
Once a month in office for meetings
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process pension cases with accuracy and attention to detail.
Handle daily case deliverables and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Participate in and manage secondary projects as assigned.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Maintain data integrity and provide reporting services on account activity.
Address and resolve complex and critical client issues.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications:
High School diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred.
2+ years of related experience in pensions processing or a similar field.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in using relevant software and tools for pensions processing.
Strong customer satisfaction focus.
Work Environment:
This is a virtual role with one required in-office day per month and additional in-office days as needed for training, events, etc.
Candidates must live within a commutable distance to an assigned office location.
The salary range for applicants for this position is $40,000 - $50,000.
