Job Description
We are seeking a talented Pega Developer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise-level Pega applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pega Platform, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Ā Design and develop Pega applications using Pega Platform.
Ā Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ā Implement solutions and ensure they align with business objectives.
Ā Perform unit testing and debugging of Pega applications to ensure quality and performance.
Ā Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Ā Optimize and enhance existing Pega applications for performance and scalability.
Ā Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Pega applications.
Ā Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
Ā Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.
Qualifications
Ā Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Ā Proven experience as a Pega Developer with [X] years of hands-on experience in Pega Platform.
Ā Pega certification (CSA, CSSA, or LSA) is highly desirable.
Ā Strong understanding of Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) architecture and components.
Ā Experience with Pega integration services, including REST, SOAP, and connectors.
Ā Proficient in Pega case management, UI design, and Pega decisioning.
Ā Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling.
Ā Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ā Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Ā Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ā Knowledge of other programming languages and technologies (Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
Ā Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
